The first sentence of this article sums me up pretty well.
"I'm not the best person when it comes to really optimizing and min-maxing my characters."
I haven't tried this - unfortunately my browser at work is an ancient as they come and it just won't recognize it, but from the article itself I felt it was worth sharing.
